ORP "Pinsk" was one of four river monitors*
of "B"-class, built in Danzig in 1920,*
belonging to Pinsk Flotilla.*
*
They were relatively light monitors, meant to*
operate on shallow waters of Pripyat basin in*
eastern Poland, against Soviet forces. In "what if"*
scenarios she can operate on the Vistula against*
Germans (where she operated in 1920).*
*
The unit represents an interim armament variant,*
with two 75mm guns, one 100mm howitzer and 7.92mm*
MGs.*
*
It had no chance to fight in 1939 and was scuttled*
on 18 September 1939, after Soviet invasion. *
