1) Reduced satellite size two approximately 20% of previous to make size conform to other units like fighters and mines.  Added mounts appropriately.
2) Overhauled AI Research, design, and construction
3) Made all weapons race-specific - each race now has an entirely seperate weapons component section.  Deleted all "general" weapons.  

V1.9 beta 1
1) Added engine mounts, changed existing weapons mount system to be avaialable to very large ships and units only.
2) Expanded weapons system so that all weapons types now have small, medium, and large weapons.
3) Shifted ship production to space-based yards by reducing planetside build rates and expanding BSY capacity.  Added new, larger BSY shipyards for larger bases.
4) Simplified facilities to allow AI to optimize.  Consolidated spaceports and manufacturing into colony hubs.
5) Added conditions improvement capability to all colony and homeworld hubs to aid AI in growing its population.
6) Made Vorlons and Shadows AI-only races.

1.49.30 - Revised General AI for all races with correct point values.  Added new descriptions to Yolu, Hurr, Grome, Markab, Vree, Brakiri, Drazi and Abbai races. Started revising interface graphics. 1.49.24 - Fixed Markab Race Pics.  Fixed Vehicle.txt so AI would work.  Fixed Particle PDF weapons so they require PDF tech and Pulse weapons to require Pulse Tech.  Fixed typo in Technomage Medium Weapon Tech. Started basic work on AI.  

1.49.23 - Added races (Technomage, Sh'Lassa, Walkers, Mind Riders, Triad, B5 Ancients), along with all corresponding techs.  Made Ancient techs available to only the individual Ancient Races.  Added new Armors, revised Sensor Suites, Jammers, Steath Technology (Cloak and Coating), a few racial specific crew/bridges and some new component pics (Bulkheads, indvidual racial Crew Quarters, Fighter Rails, Launch Catapult and Cargo Pod) .  

1.49.22 - Added explosive warheads (Fission, Fusion, AntiMatter, Gravitic-Kirshiac only), Kirishiac Kinetic Drive/warhead for ram-fighters, Ancient level fighter cockpits, weapons (Matter, Molecular, Plasma & Particle),  some new component pics, more sounds.  Reordered Cascor weapons so it works to that race's advantage.  Removed duplicate Spinal Laser & Cobalt Warhead.  Reworked Ancient engine types into: Hyperspace Tap, HyperspaceTap, BioDrives & Advanced Gravitic Drives.  Fixed numbering of Shadow Molecular weapons, Interdictor PDF typo, PDF Multiphase Slicer typo, component pic on PDF Particle Beam,  beam pic on Heavy Molecular Slicer, External Cargo Pod I cargo amount typo & engines per move error on Heavy Destroyer (I was shocked to see a Heavy destroyer going 22!!)

1.49.21 - Added Weapons (AntiMatter, Ballistic, Ion, Laser).  Added more sounds.  Added more component pics. and revised some old component pics   Fixed typo in Hyach weapon techs.  Fixed spelling errors (Drakh not Drahk).  Fixed error in jumpgate that caused colony types not to be available at start.  Fixed error on structural supports.  Fixed Energy Mine/Graviton Mine error.

1.49.20 - Added pics to Components for Gravitic, ElectroMagnetic, Torpedo and Anti-Matter Weapons.  Renamed Engine Research techs to Utilization Techs.  Added SJs Armor/Structural Support Techs and Components. Renumbered Races for compatability with Sci-Fi Crossover Mod.  Added Weapon Techs for all Races (with room for future expansion of weapons in all races listed).  Added Vorlon/Shadow Assisted Techs.  Changed existing families and added all the new weapon families.  Added some sounds.

1.49.19 - Changed Supply Bay to Supply Depot (increased size) and made base only.  

1.49.18 - Upped Fighter Tech - 6.  Added other racial techs (All).  Added Cobra Bays (EA), External Fighter Rails, Launch Catapults (Drazi), Troop Bays (armored cargo bay, holds less)  & External Cargo Bays.  Also, changed Fighter Bays (I - VI) and Cargo (I-III).

1.49.17 - Added ability to research and construct Jump Gates.  After gate is activated it will have to be manually self-destructed unless you want to have it keep chewing up resources.  Added a dozen or so new race names, some new events.  Changed space yards to be split into base Ship Yards (as normal) and Shipboard Space Yards (at half rate) to be more consistant with B5s lack of shipbound yards - but still allows you to create a Base Station like B5 away from a planet - just takes longer and is more expensive.

1.49.16 - Replaced population modifiers with SJs newest.  Fixed Engines and Reactors tech and components (Fission/Fusion).  Added SJs ECM tech and components.  Upped following Tech Areas: Mines- 10, Biological Weapons- 12, Medical- 10.  Added Racial Traits.  Added new techs: Racial Techs (Shadow), Cure for Plague- Unique, Living CPU, Telepathic Studies, Combat Telepaths.  Added living CPU, Shipboard Telepaths, Advanced Medical  Bay.   Changed existing medbays and mine related components.  Setup test weapons (Lasers, Plasma, Slicer, Lightning, Seekers & PDF).  Added component pics for Vorlon, Shadow, Planetary & Matter Weapons.  Also added pics for Reactors & Engines.  Reworked Reactors & Engines.  Added new formation.

1.49.15 - Integrated componets/facilities/beam&torp/planets with SE IV community (thanks SJ for all the hard work).  Began testing of weapons and armor.  Modified SectType.txt to match new planet list.
 
1.49.14 - Added ships to Gaim race based on B5 background (use other races ships - only original ship is a med fighter).  Started work on Drazi, Raiders and Dilgar.  Added more event pics to replace existing SE IV pics.  Created Markab neutral race and 2 ships, still need to do AI.  Generated out weapons for all 200 existing weapons.  Still working on components for them.  Added SJs Pop mod to settings.  Added Ballistic, ElectroMag, Laser, Matter, Molecular, Particle, Planetary and Plasma component pics.

1.49.12 - Added new formations (collected by Fyron).  Fixed fission/fusion spelling error.  Special thanks to Jay for creating some VB scripting to make the creation of the weapons easier!  Added several new race names to EmpireNames.txt and added a Race Info file in the readme section with some details on the races.  Eddited IntelProject file.  Minor fix on Centauri_Portrait_Battleship.bmp.  Added 60 new Beams & 10 new Torps for the new weapons (may need to convert some beams to torps after testing - also Beams 31,34,42,44 & Torp 41 are not yet being used).  Added p361.bmp to planets for "Black Hole Star" pic.

1.49.11 - Added new events and event pics.  Fixed error in Llort AI.  Added Hyach EMP files.  Fixed Jump Gate & Generic_TroopInfantry pics.

1.49.10 - Added 5 Neutral Races (Gaim & Llort done - Hurr, Grome & Yolu still being worked on).  Rough work begun on Abbai, Brakiri, Drazi & Vree races.  Added jump gate image to planets.bmp and changed warp points to refer to jump gate images.

1.49.09 - Changed "Ancients Engine/Tech" to "HyperspaceTap Engine/Tech".  Added new Mine Mounts.  Added Mine components and tech to appropriate data files.  Put Med Bays, Troop cockpit, Sat/WP CPU cores back in (unchanged).  Added Mephisto's latest AI changes on the Narn (all files) and EA (Speech file).

1.49.06 - Added Hyach ShipSet.  Fixed error in VehicleSize.txt file.  Added a sub-folder in the Data folder with both the Q-N style and the normal style of movement (as well as adding the same two files with the neostandard shipset names).  Working on Engines, Reactors & Weapons.  SJ working on armor and repair factors.  {Note: Will up damage to kill 1 point of Pop in settings to 100 to match upgraded damage once weapons are added}

1.49.05 - Added new EmperorNames, EmperorTitles, DefaultColonyTypes, DefaultDesignTypes, EmpireNames.  Editted CompEnhancement.txt to give Weapon Platforms and Satellites greater ranges and added several new mounts. Changed VehicleSize.txt to meet new ShipSet standards.  Editted TechArea.txt to accomodate editted VehicleSize.txt file. Working on Breaching Pods and Shuttles (Cargo and Boarding Parties for Fighter class ships).

1.49.04 - Fixed some discrepancies in EmpireNames.txt and EmpireType.txt files.  Editted EmperorTitles.txt and EmperorNames.txt.  Put in updated Vorlon shipset.  Added Culture Mod (by Joe Skarupinski, Jourin. v.1.0) to Mod for more balanced cultures.

1.49.03 - Editted Settings.txt : Changed Maximum Number of Systems to 200, Maximum Trade to 40, Nuber of Quick Start Styles to 7.  Added in title screen for B5 Project.  Still need to change Lose.bmp, HumnDead.bmp, Victory.bmp and add additional races to quick start styles.

1.49.02 - Added a Babylon 5 map.  Changed the SystemNames.txt file to have all B5 systems found on Babylon 5 map.  Editted EmpireTypes.txt and EmpireNames.txt to include all the B5 empires.
