* added AI Tag 09 to all early versions (up to the small S3 version) of fighter engines, this prevents the AI retrobuilding a move 2 design. This also frees up AI Tag 08.
* added AI Tags to the earlier and bigger version of fighter engines as well, this way the AI can use the better speed sooner and an AI Tag is now directly linked to a certain fighter speed for a design
* added the following races to race folder (one for each culture): Drushocka, Eee, Terran, Vikings, Ukratal, Phong, Norak, Cuecappa
* deleted most AI files except for those which personalize each race, all research, designs and construction are going to default (except for the Phong, who are the race for development of the AI). note: the Default_AI_Stategies reflects the Default_AI_DesignCreation and is NOT identical to the DefaultStrategies in /Data folder (which is for human use)
* added custom speech file for the CueCappa (by Quikngruvn, TDM/Devnull version)
* deleted unneeded images from Vikings and renamed a few. The DreadnoughtHeavy is now CarrierMassive, the Worldship is the Battleship on so.
* changed all AI_general files to support CB Mod. note: a few races had their home planets type and atmosphere changed to get a nice distribution (3x Rock, 3x Ice, 2x Gas and 2 of each atmosphere)
* set all fleets to Break Formation and increased fleet sizes
* made few tweaks to politics, anger and settings for most races
* edited settings.txt: removed all races not in the mod (yet), to get rid of a bunch of error messages
* added neutral races, since they get added in quick start games
* made AI_general files for the neutrals compatible to CB Mod
* made all the current Phong files the default_AI, except for General, Anger, Settings, and Politics
* added norse.txt to /race/Vikings folder (if people don't have it, they can add it manually to dsgnname in /SE4)
* bleh! due to a sucky default system in SE4, had to put back copies of the default_AI in each race folder
