Atrocitionian
Description: Atrocitionians are an Impulsive race of machines bent upon expanding their sphere of control and sense of order to every corner of known space.
Biological Description: Atrocitionians are machines of exceptional design. They are neither vicious nor humane; they are both.  They are simply a self-aware machine with humanoid personality characteristics that border upon the insane. For all purposes they are without emotion, say that of rage or deep compassion.  They seem to have an interest in small animal and plant life while harboring a great disdain or distrust of humanoid based life forms. They need no atmosphere to survive, but they prefer hydrogen-based worlds for some unknown reason.
Society Description: They are an empire bent upon expansion.  To those ends they work as one.
General History Description: Only recently were the Atrocitionians able to achieve space flight. Since that time they have expanded their empire with considerable effectiveness.  They were created many millions of years ago as a means of protection.  The beings that created them have long since become extinct, leaving their machines to rule their world.
