Yeah, you do know that we're using the inland map right? Having only 5 water provinces is bad enough, but IIRC only three of those water provinces are connected to one another, and the other two are separate lakes.

inland can work for r'lyeh, though its not great. there are 4 connected water provinces, and its in a great location able to strike out in all sorts of directions.
