We all border a lot more provinces than usual so we're all in the same boat. Also yes the map is only supposed to wrap around from the east to west.

For the record, several of those 10 are other-landtype, so won't contribute to capital resources.

Indeed, everyone should be happy with their number of neighbors. The spread is from 6-8 same-land type neighbors, which imho is substantially more fair than 4-6.

If you're unsure if you've completed your proper turn, simply check our game status page on llamaserver.net. Ill post a direct link when I get home tonight.

Caelum declares war on EITHER Abysia OR Arco, whichever is slowest to conspire with me against the other.

---------------

H - Nope. There's absolutely no requirement to announce NAPs, or any diplomatic arrangement for that matter. Though, Declarations of War, when accompanied by taunts and demonetization, are strongly encouraged. :D

I declare war on uh... Caelum if either Abysia or Arco needs an ally against the alliance against them.
(small print: unless this means Caelum actually attacks me in which case I will reveal that Caelum and I had a secret secret alliance (so secret that even Caelum didn't know about it) going which was used to draw you to a false front of war so that Caelum could gobble you up by surprise):angel
