The problem with magic based counters is it is turn 7. I didn't count on getting rushed this early!

Well, you're honestly going to need some sort of magic to counter his bless-rush.

I've been suggesting some relatively research-easy counters: levels 1-3. You're in all honesty going to need alot of horsemen and ancestor vessels and composite bows to take him out without some magic.

Recruiting is a touch hard when your capital is under siege. I really didn't expect to get rushed this early. It was just extremely bad luck that I ended up right next to one of the few bless-rushers of LA and he wasn't interested in talking.

I though I could play mad and frightening R'lyeh but it turned out more mad and comical. :)

I think it's about time for me to bump up hosting to 48 hours, though hopefully turns come in sooner then that.

48 hours already? We're not even at turn 20 yet. Give it a bit longer at least, I can still knock off my turns in 5-10 minutes.
