I staled last turn, but even if I hadn't this would not change situation
in general.
Oceania can't stop tartarian hordes of C'tiss and have to surrender.

Dang, so it wasn't my tactical genius which half-won me that battle? Well, GG. I was scared for a while there that you had enough clams and wishes to make a go of it.

I believe this brings War is Hell 3 to a close. GG all.
