I'm pretty sure not. I think score graphs who VP whether activated or not.

Sorry for holding everyone up. Was having issues with attachments in gmail and couldn't download my turn -- quite weird. Should be able to take the turn later tonight.

My location still really sucks. In fact, I'm willing to take bets that mine sucks more than anyone else's. :( Maybe in a few turns the complainers can compare notes?
