Hmmm, I am only your peer to the extent we both play SEIV - I am not sure Alpha Kodiak, Phoenix D, Suicide Junkie, Mephisto (the mule) or the rest would want to be considered equals to me or necessarily I to them. And as for Mac!!!!

I have still not had a chance to research the submissions to the court in order to render an unbiased, objective decision in regards to a vote of guility, not guilty, not guilty by reason of insanity or naive. Its been a day from h... around here so far.

I have exhaustivly researched the charges that were brought here within. And I would like to list my findings as only 1 member of this forum.

1. After an extended, exhausting, but relentless time consuming search, and after visiting a good number of adult and X, XX, XXX, sites, I found that the majority of the depositions taken from those I discussed this case with, stated that the CTW or "The Gryphin Position" is still in the experimental stage of development. Even though numerous theories and descriptions were put foreward, there was no positive proof for or against the Gryphin being on an adult site where this research was discussed. (tho I have a feeling he used a non deplume so as not to be traced) And even though he admitted to his involvement in the use and experimentation of this new phenomena, unless or until he publishes his findings in book form (along with scientific photos) in either one of those most noteworthy of magazines such as "Enquirer, or the Star" or put into the 101 known positions as number 103, ( the "Twinkle is numbe 102)I'm afraid that there is not enough evidence for or against. Therefore, I must consider this charge to remain open until further interrogatories can be accomplished. Findings - Inconclusive

2. In regards to the "rodent" under his lip, I printed the photo from his web site and conferred with a number of experts within the scientific commmunity here at some of our universities near where I live. After microscopic examinations of blown up photos of the "thing" in question, and after hours of deliberations, extensive study and along with cross referencing the known rodents within the U.S. it was discovered that this was in fact not a rodent but what we call around these parts as a "Wooly Bear", or commonly known as a variety of catepillar. This particular species is long, furry and quite larger then the normal variety seen most everywhere else but is usually more prevalent in the winter months. Everyone felt that a DNA test would bear out these findings unquestionably if further proof was required by the court.
Findings ; In favor of the Gryphin

3. In regards to the question of whether the Gyphin Line Dances, his own deposition shows that he listens to Country Western music, wears cowboy boots, has a very questionable hat with a wide brim and goes on hikes in the Wild Western portions of the U.S. Therefore, I must agree with Growltigga on this point, in all probability, the Gryphin does indeed frequent these types of establishments and does indulge in this form of wild native rituals called "Line Dancing". Therefore his denial and Alibi is dismissed. Findings; Favor of Growltigga,

4. Last, in regards to his "Custer Hat", again blown up images were used and after careful study
it was indeed decided that the article in question lacked any type of arrows, holes, feathers, tumble weed or other materials that would would have been present had this indeed be a "Custer Hat". Comparisons were made of various hats worn by a number of the macho western type males and it was determined that the "hat" in question resembled more of a "John Wayne" type style. This in itself raised a number of questions that can not be answered without further investigation. Therefore,
Findings - in favor of the Gryphin

true, but then I am the star of the show, the one who is useful in a fight and more importantly, I GET THE GIRL - you get to snog a lizard
