The southern and northern hemispheres change time at the same time but in opposite directions, so it'll be two hours earlier for you.

This post is made at about 7:40 AM PST. Unless I am mistaken, the session is scheduled for 5 PM PST. Calibrate it with the time shown with your forum time zone settings.
