My impression from the news is that US companyies are expected to respect / follow the EU standards and laws pertaining to commerce.

Maybe: "Warning, Warning Will Robinson, Danger, Extreme Danger"

Huh, Gryphin, don't bring this up. Growltigga and me might be arguing about Bratwurst but US law extension into the EU is quite a big concern over here as Groltigga will confirm I think. You know, in Europe you cannot convict one to pay 10.000.000 bugs for lost hair but many people just appeal to US courts that happily convict companies in Europe and care nothing for the local laws.

Does anyone know of a windows based program that will let me rename multible files in a folder at the same time?
For example:
I copy the Tigga Phong folder to Eries of Gryphin Folder
I want to rename all of the apropriate files to "Eries of Gryphin_xyz_abc_.....
I have tried at the DOS level but you knwo what I ran into.

in dos would be Gryphin~1

good luck I just high light eries of gryphin then control c then right click ... rename file.... highlight the phong word and control v and repeat over and over to all the files are done.

Do not be worried, my troubles are not so bad. They are just transitory and poorly timed.

I asked Tesco about his cousin as I am freshly single. Unlike the good Gyphyn, I have not been entertaining most of the female population, I have been with just one for a few years.

I asked Mac for one of his two jobs as my current one is driving me mad. Not to rake up old issues, but I am supposed to be on leave and am doing lots of overtime instead.

I have to fly back to Canada for a dying relative, which won’t be fun. Perhaps I can swing a promotion and a raise out of it, but then again, I may not have the chutzpah of a certain forum member.

I have not been able to go Online properly for quite a few days, thus the Gold ordering problems.

I asked Tigga for the beer for what should be now obvious reasons.

So, as I say, these are transitory problems and I should be back in regular working service in a while. Heretical as it may seem, I will play some Quake as therapy. Sometimes SEVI requires a bit too much thought and Quake is suitably mindless. Thank you for your concern, I have not seen so many kind comments since Mac injured his wrist in the name of science.

The obvious reasons I asked you for a beer are that you are physically the closest to me (geographically, not the Shreck resemblance) and that you have already stated that you got a raise. I figure Mrs. GT gets 95% and you can buy me a beer with the other 5%. And I will take a pint, none of your half shandies.

I have been re-thinking my choice of empires. Playing the EEE could be rather entertaining and allow more room for humor than The High Lords of Sahali. And I could cuddle other races to death!

Saxon, I would be delighted to drown you in beer if that is what you would like - Mrs GT earns a healthy sum in her own right (being a captain of industry as she keeps on telling me) and therefore she gets 100% of her cash, 75% of mine and I get to pay the mortgage out of the rest.

Probably explains why my backside is hanging out of my suit!

I do not want any element of Growltiggerness to get whomped in this game so I will either play Archdeacon Tiddles of the Cosmic Church of Universal Uncertainty or Fart Thunderquake of the Galactic All-Star Skiffle and Gastric Combo - ber scared, be very scared
