Could be that every individual component on the ship has a damage rating higher than the potential damage of the storm.

That would be theoretically possible, but rather hard to achieve on an escort unless using a mod with hardened crew quarters/ master computer etc.

Or maybe you had some phat armour on that little escort?

I am back from Japan, absolutely knackered and about $6,000 poorer than 2 weeks ago... circumstances outside my control brought me back and I am hoping to leave again on Wednesday to go back for the rest of the tournament.

No point in me joining the game until I know whether or not I am going back

Ping pong balls I can live with but I will just make it clear that I HATE LINE DANCING and I will not line dance, associate with line dancers or be described as line dancing in any shape, way or form.

I will leave the forum for good if anyone ever again accuses me of line dancing

People who line dance are the ones who put in the operative first syllable in "country and western"

No, I was not deported.. believe me, Japan is not somewhere you would choose to ruck off in - the local security forces are real "iron fist in silken glove" types

Could do without the sojourn back here as the flight back out is going to cost £500! the ticket however for Friday's match only cost £75 (bargain and a half - thank you Sepp Blatter for throwing toys out of pram on the ticketing fiasco)

Deportation is the most likely answer; he probably needs a day or two to get the fake ID put together before returning. I wonder if he is as touchy about his square dancing habit as he is about the other, unmentionable, style of dancing?

PS McBride is actually a very good player, very impressive forward. Donovan however is a cheating little swine who frankly doesnt deserve to represent his country in anything other than a sewage tank

However, I would recommend to upload your empire anyway as it will stop people entering the game because they think there is a spot open and then be kicked again. I had that problem with the Last game.

The Germans surrounded the town during the "Battle of the Bulge". Then sent a courior in with a written note demanding the sturrender of the Ammericans. The commander turned the paper over and wrote, "Nuts to you", some say he wrote, "Nuts".

Bridge, Life Support, Crew Quaters, 6 1st level engines, 3 Level III supply bays. No mods.
It was on a rescue mision to a Colony ship I had pushed to an extreme. He finaly reached the colony ship and Fleeted up with it.
The over zealous captain was feeling a bit tooo lucky. On his own, (I would never give such orders), he lead the colony ship through an unexplored warp point right into a mine field. All were lost. Those poor colonist.

I am not defeated nor have I admitted defeat. The verbal fencing and battle of intellect and wills that is the Cantina shall continue.. (albeit it has not been much of a challenge for me so far, a bit like swatting a fly with a buick one feels).. one can compete and still think people who wear stetsons and who are not cowboys actually working on a ranch need dissecting..

A moment of silence for your own stupidity is more appropos one feels...

anyway, Mephisto, I will try and upload my race tonight but I only got back this morning and havn't seen much of the current Mrs GT in the Last couple of weeks (nothing actually) so need to spend quality time with her (unlike Dogscoff I dont tend to get on the computer when wifey is around)

I am definately flying out tomorrow night so will be a bit short on time
