Re: Proposition 39 All Wyrms should note that Arcoscephale has signed on to passed Proposition 39 following B'hemet's return from Holy Day celebration. |

Re: Proposition 39 was it still open at the time? I mean do votes count after it ha s closed and passed? |

Re: Proposition 39 Lord Pasha is happy to allow Arco to add its support to Prop 39. After all, it would make war much more interesting!! http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif |

Re: Proposition 39 Since Pasha is in favor, I'm inclined to let Arco slide on the time limit (due to the holiday) this time, unless somebody objects. |

Re: Proposition 39 But ... doesn't that make fewer armies I can eat??? |

Re: Proposition 39 yes, it does. I am tempted to put something out there to make the prospect of war less confusing |

Re: Proposition 39 It means that all Wyrms that voted in favor can attack Arco, but that those same Wyrms (including Arco's Wyrm) can counter-attack. For example, Ulm and Abysia might attack Arco. But, then Arco and T.C. can counter-attack, etc., but then Mictlan, Man and Pythium can attack T.C. for attacking Abysia and Ulm, etc. Sounds like Vyrmin will have many, many things to eat! |

Re: Proposition 39 so basically it very nearly degenerates the council - or rather makes the diplomatic peace insanely fragile, in regards to arco. |
