Upset, kind of like if someone sent you a NAP offer while stacking up troops next to your capital, when stacking them up served no conceivable purpose but the obvious one of intimidation?

Zach! Please fix the freaking game! Restart it or something. It's a total pain in the *** trying to get a turn in.

did you try the "trick" above, of opening a second windowed version? also, zach doesn't check the forums much - you could email him. i sent him a message ingame, this turn.

This started happening in the other game I was in on this server as well. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/frown.gif Port 8097. We finally abandoned that game.

Yes, I can do the "trick", it's just a pain. I usually don't play in windowed mode.

Lingchih....once you have logged in successfully you can go back to fullscreen to play the game. That's what I do. I hate windowed mode. Just hafta use it to log on, then set it back to fullscreen before you play the game.

How do you leave windowed mode after you already have the game open in a window?

well, you can make it a fullscreen window...

or you can have two different shortcuts, the first with the -windowed tag, and the second w/out...

edit: 53 minutes and c'tis just d/led the turn... fly like the wind, death lizards, fly, fly!

seems like there are connection issues. i'll restart the server as soon as noone's logged on.
