No policy with anyone concerning scouts (or...empoisonners;)): I use them and in large numbers since there are no graphs.
The info they gather is not 'classified diplomatic intel' as in "he told me this and I shouldn't repeat" but it is none the less valuable material which I invested gold and recruiting slots to get, and I intend it to profit me, either by selling it or by getting a slight tactical/strategic edge with it.

If you want to know, make an offer!
But, as I see, you already have no shortage of enemies since you have a foothold on the shore...:rolleyes:

Well, I am R'lyeh, I have nought but enemies. And for the same reason I cant get involved in a formal diplomacy.

But there are unformal ways to share intel also, and lucky for me some of my dear friends at shore have understood the these mechanics...

...there is lot our cultures could share. For example, I can share you my candles, all you want (even those you dont want) and all for free!

Legendary League, if you have complications playing turns, you might want to consider playing two turns in row. I mean, you have played your turns as a last player few couple of turns, so if theres any possibility wait few minutes and play the incoming turn right away. Just a suggestion, might ease up a bit your problems with access - if you still have 'em.

Apologies, I'm in the process of packing up stuff. Everything should be resolved soon.

That being said, anyone up to be a second host? It may be that they'll be needed soon. :p
