Umm, your ftp server now gives me a message warning that proxy settings disable moving, deleting, pasting, etc., to the server. This is fine. However, I can't download any of the files. I wanted to see what the download speed would be, but I can't for some reason.

I found I had to right-click & say "copy to folder..."
It dosen't seem to like Drag-and-Drop.
Ah, well. I'll ditch the FTP link, but there is a HTTP link to the same site lower down on the list.
The site won't come back Online until monday morning, anyways.

I'm setting up a second mirror now, that should be on most of the time...

PS: Fyron:
Does your host allow off-site image links? If so, you can copy the "Online" image I made, and I'll link to it like I am doing for my mirror.

Would it work if:
- You put a 235-byte GIF on your server.
- I link to it on the "choose a mirror" page
- If your site is up, the image appears to indicate that.

- Maleldil's cartoon submission.

I have partial downloads of:
- Fyron's planets submission with the solar system images. (Need credit.txt)
- Matryx's Hubble Warppoints (Need minis)
- Andrés Lescano's SW planets (Need credit.txt)
- Atrocities' Planets (Need minis)

If I'm going blind/senile, and you uploaded the "missing" bits already, please point that out, and I will look again.

I did a partial download of one of the files from your server, and the download speed averaged a little under 6 KB/s (I get 30 KB/s on my site, for reference). This is what I thought would happen. If you get several peole downloading from your server at once, then they are going to get really slow downloads.

Oh yeah, the planets I uploaded were not done by me. I downloaded them from Shrapnel 5 months ago. There is no credits or readme file in the zip, so I have no clue who created them. I'll try looking in the Shrapnel archives to see if I can find out who did them.

Is there a new Version of the mod I need to host?

Have you tried using something like getright or one of the other download accelerators?

I haven't posted a new Version yet... there was one addition to components, one to facils, and a bunch to planets.

If nothing else, you could make a credits detailing what you do know. NASA images, a year old, unknown original poster, etc.

PS: I just got an email, indicating that the transfer limit on my original site is 3 GB/mo, measured at 4MB/h (one complete imagepack download per hour).
