There again, I have my Win Explorer in XP setup to work just like the Win Explorer in my beloved (and much mourned) Win98SE, which it does not do by default. |
Re: PBW status
Server seems to be down.

Re: PBW status
I had to take the server down for a bit this afternoon. We are having a bit of a heat wave. Normally having the server out in my garage isn't a problem, but the last few days have been pretty hot and I just added a new hard drive. The combination seems to have pushed it past the point where I can keep the PC cooled off. I'm going to bring it into the house this evening and put it in a spare room. That should do the trick.

Re: PBW status
I sympathise. I moved my computer to our first floor because it was on the second floor and couldn't handle the high temperatures we had last summer.

Summer: a new victim in the computer realm!
(My GeForce4 Ti: vertical white bands covering ~1/4 of the screen... fortunately I still have my old GeForce2 MX!) |
Re: PBW status
I think the ip changed again. I used some stuff Geo told me about last time and it can't be contacted.

Re: PBW status
No, IP didn't change. The server just had a hiccup this morning and I didn't notice it for a while. SHould be ok now.
