I recommend that we turn Marignon AI this turn if he does not submit a turn.

Any objections? I think it will be hard to find a sub, because Marignon is at war with 3 nations.

I could play Marignon until Ferrosol shows up again or until Marignon gets elminated. Vanheim just died so it wouldn't be a problem.
