Jomon is also at war with Rlyeh. Man (thats me) is dead, but refuses to accept it. For what its worth I am at war with Rlyeh and Ulm and distribute my few gems between Jomon and arco.

Yes. That is a fair assessment of the situation. I think it is still anybody's game (except for Man).
