Gee! It's been quite awhile since I looked at my emporium, there sure are alot of nice unused avatars there. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon12.gif Btw: if you decide to use one of the avatars from my emporium, just insert the avatar filemane (right click and 'save as..' to see the name (but don't bother to actually save it.)) Then cut and paste it in the following url...
code:

http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/newuploads/????????.gif

where the "?" become the file name. It will look something like this.. "1065470068.gif" I hope this helps. Cheers! http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon10.gif [ December 05, 2003, 10:52: Message edited by: David E. Re: OT: The House of 1001+ Avatars
As I was looking through your avatar emporium I started to think back to a time when, before you came on-board, all of our avatars where so dull and repetitive. As such I have decided to keep this avatar. It may not fit as well as it did before, but it has a great deal of sentimental value to me. It was silly and rash of me to think about replacing it in the first place. I don’t know if anyone has said this in sometime, so I will say it now: Thank you good sir for all have done.

Kaboom! (a great classic Activision game from the past.) Also a good visual word to help envision this thread being bumped for promotional purposes.

Re: OT: The House of 1001+ Avatars
David, I've been meaning to ask you about getting a new avatar. Ole Albert is looking just that, old. I know you're supposed to have a butt load of them. How does one go about getting one?

Re: OT: The House of 1001+ Avatars
first if you click on the link in my sig to go to my emporium. If you find one you like, move your mouse over it and make a note of the #. post the number here and I'll be glad to fix things (give instructions & link) so that it's as simple as can be to replace your aged avatar.
If you don't see one you like, I could make a custom one, but at the moment there is no way for me to post new avatars http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon9.gif Cheers! http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon10.gif |
