Gil Hamilton - I will, for good order, qualify my statements to say that the mass produced Amercian beers are not worth urinating in. Whilst in Arizona and California earlier on this year, I did come across some cracking micro-breweries which were almost producing beer up to European standards...

Actually, can I just endorse the Whistlestop Cafe and Brewery in Flagstaff AZ - excellent beer and tip top food and for an american bar, not bad at all

Tigga then finds whoever ordered that pint of Bass from the Cantina bar and gives them a slapping for drinking horrible beer

Tigga then points out to the Americans in the bar that they might as well just tip their horrible weak beer down the toilet and therefore cut out the middleman

Out in the patio Tesco hears a tiff occuring inside. Does tesco join in. No. Tesco offers Mac a chair in the sun.

We do have some American beers here.

Anchor Steam Beer
Rolling Rock
Samual Adams
Cave Creek Chili Beer
etc... The Cantina prides itself on Micro beers and brews its own beer. The only problem is that it is all on tap. Rollo expressed concern over this issue due to the fact that he does not like the size of a pint but the size of 500ml.

So I have an announcement to make. Starting today the Cantina will begin to offer 500ml Rollo cans of Beer. What kinds well ask Rollo.

I perfer the size of the pint. Not too small not too large. Just right.

After twenty minutes or so he returns, offering the bottles around with the words "Free beer, brewed to American standards." Close examination reveals that the bottles appear to have been opened, emptied, refilled and then crudely resealed. The Americans in the bar are blithely swigging down the warm, yellowish liquid while everyone else simply watches and smiles...

Growltigga is amazed and inspired by the entrepeneurial abilities of his countrymen. Cunningly, he too decides that with a soda stream, some industrial alcohol and a pipe linked into the outflow of the nearest gentlemens' convenience, he can start shipping crates and crates of top quality american beer to the States and the best thing is the locals wont even realise
