Zeldor has asked me for a list of all capitals. At one point I did say I would have Llamabeast post the map file, which contains that information. Apparently he got busy around turn 40 or when ever I asked him to post it because it is still not up(according to Zeldor).

The only person with the FINAL map file is LLamabeast as he did the final tweaks to the map AND he incorporated my own changes I made after the restart, such as a special start for Lanka.

I do have a list of 59 capitals, but it is obviously not complete. And I do not want to post an incomplete list. And I may even have changed a couple of starting provinces on my list to make room to add more starting provinces which i did after the restart.

I will email llamabeast and ask that he post the map file.
