We're having a big storm up here in New England, and I have no power or internet at home. I cannot host the turn quite yet.

The storm is supposed to die down by Tuesday afternoon.

I will try to host tonight, just in case I have power, etc.

We were having 50 mph winds last night, my whole house was shaking. I guess Pasha got it even worse.
Also, I am dead. Thanks all for the game. A long and debilitating fight with Jurri and his cursed Awesome Wyrm (I was so close to the coup de grace, though he'll tell you otherwise http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif) interrupted by a rather quick squishing at the hands of an unholy Caelum/C'tis alliance (though it was Caelum who did all the actual squishing, C'tis just made sure I couldn't attempt to countersquish). Don't let them catch you with your pants down, folks!
Hats off to Pasha for hosting, Jurri for being obnoxiously tough even in the face of triple-blessed Agarthans, Wraithlord for fielding a very effective raiding army, and everyone for playing.

I hope you both make it past this storm safely and quickly.

And thank you Ygorl for putting such a tenacious fight, I'm sure had your original position been stronger things would have gone differently for me. BTW, IMHO it was Jurri who actually did you. I was just moving in and out of battles and letting you kill each other playing the role of the scavenger.

Jurri is always obnoxiously tough, why I still remember the trouble he gave me as Man in RAND2, I think he's the main reason I wasn't ready in time to prevent Machaka from winning. I wouldn't trust an easy battle against him had he had single militia at his hands http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/wink.gif

LOL, You're probably the only person still remembering it.

We should do a nostalgia thread once, where we can bring back the memories (and screenies) of ancient battles like RAND/RAND2, YADG etc.
