If he did not tell you your treaty obligations and who your friends are you might want to ask.

Other than that, this is a pretty straight forward game.

What are we doing about Tir...we lose over a day each turn because of him. Lets get the sub, set him AI or force host. but lets get the game moving...

This game is casual,so i will keep the 72h quickhosting anyways.
Since Hellheim and Sauromatia do need that 72h most of the time,we wont have a difference if i set Tir to AI except for diplomatic reasons ;)

Btw,personally,i wouldnt feel obliged to keep honoring a NAP with a person that is stalling for like 5 turns in a row and that has stalled several times before,already.

I will send him a PM,if he stalls again this turn.If he doesnt answer,well,lets see.

I can live with that..I never had a Nap with him anyway.
