I think Allium probably means Hylobius (Jomon). Llamaserver lists everyone else as having submitted their 2H files.

Since the turn is scheduled to cycle in less than 24 hours, should we extend the timer and maybe also turn off quick host?

Presumably whomever takes over (once someone is found) will need some time to familiarize themselves with the lay of the land...

Since noone's jumping at the chance to sub in for Jomon, and since actually proving whether or not Marignon is beatable would take months more, I'm willing to call it here if noone objects.
