Re: OT: Narf has gone looney and wants to GM.
Yes it was. Even though we didn't get to do anything at the archmage tower. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/frown.gif

Re: OT: Narf has gone looney and wants to GM.
I'm sorry; I just couldn't pass up that scene once you'd set it in motion....
Hmm... Jason goes up a level.... some nice utility spells.... yes.... Hah! Rope Trick! Dimension Door! Private Sanctum! Hmm.... what to put in the 3rd level slot.... Ah, Arcane Sight. Now he just needs a few feet of rope, and no surpising Jason while he's resting (Ah... invisible door on the Ethereal plane to an extradimensional space that you can't scry on....). |
Re: OT: Narf has gone looney and wants to GM.
You know, we should have the roleplaying vote at the beginning of the roleplaying session. You cast your votes secretly, and then you announce the results after everyone votes. Or by PM on the fourms beforehand. By the way... If two people vote for someone, and one person votes for someone else, is 3000 XP given out? 2000 to one person and 1000 to the other?

Re: OT: Narf has gone looney and wants to GM.
Generally, I think I've been going with:
500 for the person with the most votes. 500 for each vote cast for a given person. So if one person gets one vote, there's 1000 xp handed out (500 for getting the most, 500 for getting a vote) If one person gets two votes, there's 1500 xp handed out to that person (500 for getting the most, 1000 for getting two votes If two people get votes (has this actually happened yet?), whichever gets more gets the 500 award (tie -> 500/number of people with highest vote count), and both get 500 per vote in their favor And so on. |
Re: OT: Narf has gone looney and wants to GM.
Ah, okay. That sounds good. Not really, as if one person gets the vote, they want to vote for everyone else.
I vote for... Jason. Jason, and his disrespect for the law. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif |
Re: OT: Narf has gone looney and wants to GM.
Bit of a problem now...Eldon has no reason to stick around once the quest is done.

Re: OT: Narf has gone looney and wants to GM.
For one, his service to the king is over. He can do whatever he wants to. And going along with us is a perfectly reasonable choice, as the rewards are great. I wonder though... Why doesn't anyone know of us yet? http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/image...ies/tongue.gif

Recently, though, a few events have been in the public eye - the semi-restoration of the pillow incident (although it's the smith that's been doing most the restorations.... many, of those who don't ask, will assume she figured it out....), and your trial. Hmm... yes ... people who have heard of you.... |
Re: OT: Narf has gone looney and wants to GM.
Now. Can you people please vote? I don't want that XP to go to waste.
