No floppy? No wonder England lost the Empire&#8230

Yep, we still use gramophones over here - there is also a great new invention called a motor car

Still, the files are small and should not hurt your machine too much. Besides, think of all the money you are saving on food now that Mrs. GT is part of the garage foundation. You can spend it Online.[/QB][/quote]

Yeah, the money I am saving AFTER having to pay hush money to the Claudia Schiffer lookalike down the corridor http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/image...s/confused.gif

Tigga the game file will grow to 600k over the first 130 turns... and the player files are under 300 k

So you will be ok.... Perhaps a minute to upload your turn and 2 minutes to download it..

What about a CD burner? If you had a rewriteable at work, you could use that instead. However, I would be surprised if you had one easily available, they are not exactly desk top standard in most offices. Your other option is to by a floppy drive, it should be about 10 quid, and then install it. If nothing else, your adventures in the interior of your PC would make good reading for the rest of us.

Still, I don’t think it will be too big of a problem to use the modem. I just checked the .gam file for a PBEM game I have going and it is .3 of a meg. It keeps getting a bit bigger each time, but that is the size after about 5 or 6 months.

Tesco,

What are you doing up so early in the morning? Isn’t it about 7 am in Toronto? Anyway, I agree with you, the files will not be that big and Tigga should have no problem.

Have a good day, I am off home for dinner.

Well, as to the dexterousness and moistness of the oral cavities of the common or garden Moose, I have the Discovery Channel to thank for that knowledge.

As to girls from Ohio? now that would be telling - you are not the only one with a reputation for being a studley dudley http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/tongue.gif

That is the 3rd time you have used the Discovery Channel as an source. You whatch too much TV. Still, I wonder who did the reasearch provided on the Discovery Channel and does their wife / girl friend know?

Re: Ye Olde Galactic Bar & Grill & Phong\'s Head Cantina

slightly incorrect, I have only referred to the Discovery Channel twice, and the other reference was a direct quote from that song by The Blood Hound Gang.

Other than that, I do not actually have access to cable or satellite so am stuck with our UK's 5 tv channels, none of which I watch

I prefer to expand my knowledge and breath of personality by reading
