Hm, still no neighbours anywhere. All of my nation must be turning blind or something. But it doesn't matter, archers can't hit the broad side of a barn anyway and astral magic is Prec 100 to begin with.

Only reason I know I'm not alone is that for one turn I saw a black candle to north-west. Little foreign dominion, I'm coming for ya!

It's an interesting point IMHO to see alterity manifesting itself as a black candle, which symbol obviously carries the essential contradiction of Life.

BTW, my little waterpond also has some black candles & I wonder how can candles light in - even shallow - seas.

Another contradiction of Life maybe .

Funny Utgard has two very close neighbors. The ones to the north are crunchy, with shiny bronze coatings and gooey on the inside. Just have to watch out for their huge grey horses with the long noses. And they have lots of books for us to burn! Yummy.

While I hate to do it, I am looking for a permanent sub for EA Vanheim. I know the player posted for a sub, but he obviously did not find one as EA Vanheim staled, and EA Vanheim already has 2 stales so far.

The player also stated he needs a sub for a 3 week stretch starting next Thursday. If EA Vanheim stales again tomorrow the race will be set to AI. Someone may be willing to take over EA Vanheim permanently, that is not willing to do so as a temp. sub.

If anyone knows a friend that wanted in the game, or anyone following the thread who may want to join as EA Vanheim, let me know as soon as possible so you can take over the race and get a turn in for tomorrow before they are set to AI.
