Can Eldon take his 18th level in 'Mech Pilot'? Can the thing be repaired? 'Repair object' spells?

No new class for this, sorry; however, he can take the skill as a cross-class skill, and the appropriet skill focus feat; it's skill based, not class based.

There are ways that will work to get it fixed. There are ways that won't work. Your character will have to sort out how in session, sorry.

Oh, and Null - Guess again (not my source, however - homebrew mech)

Huh - there's a class in the SRD that it could be a class skill for.....

Hmm.... as it's Eldon's 18th level, he could meet all the pre-requisites for never needing to make a roll again to do what he wants it to this level....

Which class? Exempler?

That would be Complete Adventurer, not SRD; don't have it available.

Definately not a class anyone would take under normal circumstances.

Are you referring to the NPC Expert class, which gives any arbitrary combination of ten class skills?

I will only be able to join in for a few hours tomorrow - grandfather's 81st birthday.
