I'm thinking of checking out Belisarious batch file, so that perhaps making an option on the site configuration.txt to have automatic turn execution, when all players have uploaded (check at every upload in the php script and then execute bat) or/and when deadline expires (Can't check this in the php, in that case it will only be checked when the page is accessed), either a continous batch file or an exe file continiously running that checks the time and executes the turn batch file on deadlines and then updates the deadline.txt.

But that is a future option for the next time (if) PBW goes down.
