w00t is a general exclamation of "yeah!/woohoo!/hell yea!/thats right!/good!". people even say that. in real world.
w3 ownzzor j00 = we own you, means 'we're winning' or 'we're better'
ph34r my 5s1llzorzz means 'fear my skills', which doesnt need much translating

1337 is annoying, period. But this was a very clever joke.

The next step, of course, would be to convert the 'Charge of the Light Brigade' poem to 1337. Here's a sample :
