Doesn't seem right though - they should somehow compensate for "time-in-grade" as a Geek. I did it a while before and scored... Well, between 5 and 6%. In all fairness, I shall add I score that low because the questions were biased as far as I am concerned. The question is, was it actually an advantage or not? *Snickers*
