DOGA is a graphical editing program that has pre-rendered items that you can assemble into new shapes by combining them, resizing them, and coloring them.

There is a link to the Doga info in the 3rd sticky from the top, I think it is Importand SEIV info or something. At the bottom of the Last update there should a link or three. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif

Now I know why there are so many good-looking shipshets out there. I should have known there would be a design tool for such things...must be much faster than doing them in "Paint." And, hey!!
