This is very odd. I was running a test so I could see what you were talking about here. But I have been unable to use insurection to take a mothballed ship away from another player. If I unmothball the ship, I can insurrect it every time, but when it's mothballed the project fails every time. The empire I am insurecting it from has no intel production so should not be able to stopp any attacks.
Loser, what Version are you playing? Is it a simultaneous turn game? I would like to figure out what the reason for the discrepancy here is. Geoschmo |
