gand you should make the cloaking ablility Last along time in the game.

i say 10 or 15 levels would do it. so why not 25 http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif

As long as the advanced military science cost is put in line with what it should be... say 100k a level....

I probably won't be playing in Strange Races 3, but one thing I think you should consider for the mod is either increasing the cost of Maintenance Aptitude, or doing what SJ did in P&N with the 100% base maintenance and 75% reduction for all hulls (90% for bases or something like that) - in Stranger1 I could easily field huge fleets without running out of resources just because I had a high Maintenance Aptitude (well, the crystalline restructuring plants helped too!)
