upon further investigation this is not true. the race in question has greater than zero planets. More would be spoken... but it would be info that certain people should not see.

all previous info should be deleted so i can delete this and the game carries on.

ahah from this I conclude the phentari race has been quenched by another race who needed lebensraum, but phentari was not his target so he left it crippled and powerless.
An excellent strategy off course.

In paranoia we all have empires to defeat. So whoever has to defeat the phentari is the only one who can destroy them. Were someone else to destroy them then their opponenet wins.

Edit: Sorry I only read the top post and misunderstood. Obviouslly Freduk knows the rules.
