Each player started with 3 homeworlds and chose one on which to build a capital. The rules were that no additional capitals could be built and you couldn't scrap it to keep someone from taking it. The PBW game was interesting.

<font size="2" face="sans-serif, arial, verdana">Ralf managed to do this in Menzoberrazan - Menace of the drow elfs (on PBW) by giving one AI race a couple of secluded systems with 100 +, huge, breathable, 300 % value planets.

I can assure you it was quite a surprise when a warphole opened and some full tech Dreads and Baseships popped through. Suddenly my fleet of 30-40 mid-tech BCs didn't look so invincible anymore http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon12.gif
