But also that there exists cheaper pirate bats.
Here some where told at the store to buy a new one when the batteries didn't charge anymore...

Today is the Last day of my internship, and my friend just got home from Paris. Not only that, but it's System Administrator Appreciation Day. Today is a good day.

The new iPods are supposed to have better batteries. I let it charge overnight, and it has been playing for six hours, and the battery indicator is at about half. Which, if it's right, is on par for a 12 hour battery life. We'll see if it holds up to multiple charges, but the warranty covers battery replacement for a year, then after that it's something like 40$. I'd say it's a good deal.
