Agreed, I'll drop it after noting that yes you can get to 15k posts and be a nice guy. Add your posts to SJ's and that's much higher than 15k; and I don't see you guys doing that petty stuff. You seem to have misinterpreted a few postings Slick. Geoschmo (IIRC) and I had talked about the settings.txt parsing problems a few months back via IM and, like all other ways to cheat, weren't going to make any public announcements, just send it to MM. I was just posting commentary, nothing malicious or petty.

The reply to Kwok posting as Spoogy was a joke, playing along with his post. It was not intended as part of the posting of dislike of frivilous thread necromancy.

Stickied threads should strive to remain on-topic, else they are not very useful to people trying to find the information that is their intended purpose. The same treatment is given to the Newbie FAQ thread.
