Change difficulty level during a game: If it is not a feature, please make it one. I don't want to have to start all over on the campaign as I learn the game. If it messes up scoring, so be it. I don't care about scoring, I just want to have fun.

And if it can be done already, someone please tell me how. I seem to have missed it.
