Like Gandalf, I said "no" but only because of the wording. The "yes" choice said "based on their activity and/or user request." Like cpbeller and others mentioned, I don't mind pinned threads, but they should be ones that make sense based on content rather than activity. Activity naturally brings threads to the top anyway.

I vote for yes, threads like modding should be pinned. [In the future at least, since we dont have Doms II. and the mod tools in our hands yet. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif ]
