In my Last game (turn 37), I have 3 forts, and Pythium AI 2. So they can build if they want, but do they want? http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/tongue.gif

I saw Ermor building a castle.

I say built because it seemed to me that it was not a "magical castle". But it's not sure.
