I'd like to play against Ermor as Ashen Empire. But, the .map file only lists basic race types: e.g. , Ermor is number 8. Is there any way to specify in the .map file that I want Ashen Empire?

<font size="2" face="sans-serif, arial, verdana">Yes. If you have the full game then its in the dominions2/docs directory in a file called mapEdit.pdf
I dont remember exactly. Something like #comptheme "Ashen Empire"
