how about a gentlemans agreement limiting the total clams you build to 10 or something?

I mean, no answer is perfect, but at least 10 is worth something, w/out going overboard

edit: also, we might want to wait to make sure that victory conditions aren't bugged like they were in the Sweetback game.

We still need Atlantis and Machaka. However, I'm aware that we can't wait forever for the game to fill, so I'll start it 24 hours from the time of this post if it has not already started.
