EDIT: The other PBEM dosn't seem near wrapping up to me, the map seem fairly evenly divided.

There are no house rules.

VQs and Clams are allowed, as long as you dont powergame with them.

Skill Level on a scale from 0 noob to 10 Expert should be 0 - 5. I consider myself a 3.
