It wasn't the strong dominion he had all around his lands, but the fact that when he raided my provinces, my dominion went down very fast if I tallied even a little in retaking them. I was relying on my artifact-laden high-HP pretender fairly heavily so this was something to consider. Nothing fatal, but added complication.

Not sure how much one would value automatic preachers in raided lands in face of point usage, but still.

(IIRC heat preference doesn't change, so heat1 is bad for income&supply)

<font size="2" face="sans-serif, arial, verdana">It's a level 1 inquisitor, so you won't have enemy dominion in your provinces very often.
