Sorry; I meant the troops recruitable in a single site. Aren't these carried over when the capital falls? I was under this impression myself, but that mostly comes from toying with special sites as I do not take capitals that often.

One way or another, before 2.13 Black Forest Ulm units coming from their home sites were not working as intended. So either you can recruit them in 2.13, or you could recruit them in 2.12. That is according to the bug fixes for the 2.13 patch, which states that "Ulm black forest home site units not recruitable by others."

No. You are not supposed to be able to recruit from another nation's special site(s) in their capital.

It was obviously that time of the month for those blood slaves... causing them to be violent and irrational beyond belief.

Compared to men, who are "violent and irrational beyond belief" regardless of what phase the moon is in. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/shock.gif http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/image...s/rolleyes.gif

I stand corrected Divine Arryn, and I now realise the errors of my ways. Please accept my pitiful excuses, for I have precious little knoewledge compared to you, Magnificent Arryn. *Grovels and curses these contracts about "unconditional" surrender and the like*

What Frosted Flake described may have happen before the 2.13 patch then (though I have no clue about the Pangaea matter). Oh, and men are actually affected by the phase of the moon; it is simply difficult to see the subtle line between "violent" and "truly unbelievably violent". And the same goes to "irrational beyond belief", as I have been successfully proving on these very Boards.

It's hard to properly grovel when you are blasphemously cursing. Perhaps you need remedial instruction in the faith? Shall I have one of my more devout minions ready his cat-o'-nine-tails, which I find to be a most illuminating adjuster of attitude?

Cats are nice, and... Oh, you meant that kind of cat. Well, it might not be needed; I merely did not quite get what you wished me to do, but it was barely a minor misunderstanding of little importance.

So, all praise the Divine Arryn, Lady of Pain of Sigil, Princess of Insol... Wait, that was the wrong script. All praise the Divine Arryn, She who Must be Obeyed, Queen of the Morning Star, Empress of this World and the Others, She who Sits upon the Throne of the World, the Glamorous Goddess of Magnificence and Grandeur.

Was it any better, at least as far as meek words can go to express your splendour? I daresay our tongue lacks proper adjectives to qualify you, for it was not intended to be spoken in your divine presence.

Much better. You may yet be forgiven your many sins.

{Nice work, reads just like a Dominions pretender blurb. I'm considering adding it into my sig.}

I resent the implication that she spends too much time on the commode. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/wink.gif

Men usually do tend to be more violent then women but not more irrational. It is possible for men to be irrational when attracted to a beautiful female. Yet throughout the history of mankind men have been the rulers/inventors within kingdoms and countries 99% of the time. If men were more irrational then many inventions throughout time would be by women instead of men.
