Once you have a volunteer to take over as admin, you can e-mail admin@pbw.cc or post in PBW's Admin Requests forum.

Dream? hahahaha I was a few turns from making it a reality. I would have closed off my systems in about ten turns, and secure in my little next I would have lived forever hahahaha.
