Re: OT: What does \"Inkpot End\" mean?
Like people used to think the world was flat and drifted on an endless ocean (that's what the Greeks thought before the Middle Agers made it have fixed ends), perhaps here it is a flat world floating on a sea of unholy ink.
Or perhaps it is a metaphor for Hell or the abyss - both dark, endless places of suffering. |

...and here I had Inkpot End pictured as a some sort of an area with tar pits. And dumped in them rotting carcasses spreading diseases. All "rather nice" and ordinary.
